Dear Wayne:

Happy Holiday to you! I send warm wishes to you and your family, during this most festive and sacred holiday season.

On behalf of RH Sports Management, I want to congratulate you on your selection as an Honoree at the Fifth Year Anniversary of the "Our Gang" Coat and Toy Drive, on Monday, December 20, 2010.

In the book Seat of the Soul written by Gary Zukav he writes, "When we align our thoughts, emotions, and actions with the highest part of ourselves, we are filled with enthusiasm, purpose, and meaning…..When the personality comes fully to serve the energy of its soul, that is authentic empowerment." With this said, I am honored to present to you our "Key to the Heart" Award in recognition of your outstanding support and service to communities and organizations in need. This presentation will take place at KUSH Lounge, 191 Chrystie Street, New York, NY 11002 at 10:15 PM on the night of December 20, 2010. Red carpet will be from 9:00 PM until 10:00 PM. I ask that you arrive by 9:45 the latest.

The goal of our annual "Our Gang" event is to collect coats and toys for families and children in need in the New York City area, while bringing attention to various organizations that can use our assistance in order to better serve their communities. We desire to bring back dreams and hope to lives once scarred, while using our words, actions and deeds to encourage and transform.

Each of you possesses transforming power and has used your success to brighten the lives of others. Your "power" comes from the core of who you are and reflects all that you are meant to be and more, for it is connected to The Source of all things. You are irresistible, inspiring and elevating. It is an honor to call you my friend.

The evening will begin with cocktails and light hor'doeuvres, served prior to the start of our awards program which begins at 10:15 – 10:30 PM. This will be hosted by WNBA Legend Kym Hampton. After the award presentation there will be a special performance by Anwar Robinson and then final words from "yours truly". Basking in the glow of your award, and dancing till you drop will conclude the evening.

If you have any questions regarding any of this information, please give me a call at (516) 850-7964.

I look forward to seeing you on the 20th.

Sincerely,
Rita Haywood
